Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care in a 17-bed ED with 25,000-26,000 annual visits. Perform 12-hour shifts covering morning, evening, and night hours as scheduled. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. Document patient encounters in EMR system and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
