What you can look forward to as NPN - Operation Buyer (m/f/d):

• Responsible for purchasing and the procurement of Non-Production material and services for one or more respective locations (except for centralized commodities)
• Prepare RFQs, examine prices, evaluate all quotes that are received, monitor the availability of items, compare specifications, and review alternatives to determine most desirable suppliers using tools such Decision Matrix, EXCEL-calculation, SAP or 360 Monitor
• Locate and evaluate new suppliers (position is the first contact for prospective suppliers).
• Issue, maintain and store purchase orders for supplies and services for all departments in order to support ongoing plant operations
• Work closely with involved departments (specification, scope of work, approvals, lead times, etc.)
• Maintain supplier relationships focusing on superior quality, competitive price, and timely delivery

Your profile as NPM - Operation Buyer (m/f/d):

• Empowered in way to work autonomous considering the distance with the Functional Manager.
• Proactive and motivated to explore market opportunity and drive energy-related initiatives aiming to generate cost savings combined with risk optimization.
• Easy to link & cooperate with his/her peers, i.e. operation excellence in Europe.
• Negotiation skilla
• Like to deal with data.
