Job Description

Responsible for the delivery and industrialization of the software trunk ensuring that new features are scalable, stable, and ready for deployment in customer-facing OTR projects and best-in-class optimal technical architecture and design to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrialization & Readiness: Oversee the transition of LCC SWT features from the development phase to a "release-ready" state for OTR teams, ensuring all technical documentation, test results, and deployment manuals are complete.
  • OTR Integration Support: Act as the primary technical interface for OTR teams during their initial adoption of new software versions, providing troubleshooting support and feedback loops to the development team.
  • Product Validation: Manage the Product Validation Review (PVR) process,, including product test strategy and traceability from requirements to tests, specifically to ensure new features meet the rigorous standards required for commercial, multi-project deployment.
  • Roadmap Synchronization: Ensure that the NPI roadmap aligns with the OTR pipeline, ensuring that features required for upcoming projects are developed and validated in time for the OTR execution phase.

Strategic & Roadmap Planning

  • Collaborate on the definition and continuous evolution of the LCC SWT roadmap through the Program Increment (PI) steps.
  • Prepare the transition strategy from LCC SWT development stages to finalized LCC product delivery.

Technical Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Lead the full lifecycle of feature development for LCC SWT (RS6/RS7), from requirement definitions Product Specifications Document (PSD) and Technical Design Specification (TDS) creation to implementation and Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) testing.
  • Ensure rigorous verification of software versions and target compliance to the NPI GSI Agile process and full use of continuous development/continuous implementation tools, including active participation in Software Trunk Product Validation Reviews (PVR).
  • Promote & support DevOps culture & implementation of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
  • Provide technical coordination between all product components (control, protection, phase control, hosting HW/FW) during all NPI execution phases.
  • Proactively identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies to meet project objectives, and manage technical risk registers during periodic review meetings.

Project & Resource Coordination

  • Work jointly with the Project Manager (PM) to optimize resourcing plans, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project delivery timelines.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with OTR teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of SWT versions into client projects.
  • Prepare technical content for NPI LCC PI and present technical status at Board of Directors (BOD-PI) reviews.

Agile & Operational Leadership

  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including leading sprint opening/closing & retrospective sessions in partnership with the Scrum Master.
  • Co-lead with the PM project rhythm meetings, including Daily Stand-ups and weekly Last Planner sessions, to ensure progress transparency and obstacle removal.
