Role Definition:

Manages multiple or complex NPI projects involving multiple functions or sites.

What You Will Do:

- Coordinating with the global NPI team on MGPP products and services and providing day-to-day facility site leadership for NPI initiatives.

- Coordinate and execute NPI activities across facility, suppliers, customer solutions, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, EH&S, and platform groups to manage resources for each project deliverable.

- Overseeing project progress, achieve required NPI quality, cost targets, timelines; communicating status with stakeholders and participating in functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.

- Influencing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.

- Communicating with customers and managing expectations; ensuring effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms.

- Lead weekly site level Obeya meetings with multiple functional groups to ensure frequent alignment and manage day to day issues.

Skills:

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Knowledge of design for manufacturability guidelines, methodologies, and use cases; ability to use this knowledge to optimize product designs and manufacturing operations.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree

- Pre Advance English

Top candidates will also have:

- Previous job role within Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, EH&S, or NPI.

- Previous experience leading complex projects.

- Previous field experience with product support.

- Previous experience as 6 Sigma Blackbelt.

- Previous experience utilizing advanced Ai.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
