General Summary:

Responsibilities

• In charge of factory test for Qualcomm reference design which include FW/SW download, DTS, RTS, RF cal & verification, radiate test, MMI test, etc.
• In charge of lab pre-test and issues reporting to ensure SW/test scripts are suitable for factory test
• Co-work with RD engineers and factory engineers to fabricate necessary test fixtures, create and release test guidelines
• Deep test study requirement from hardware and software design specification, conduct factory tests and detailed in depth analysis of failures and experimental testing to improving the quality of Qualcomm reference design
• Work closely with multi-discipline team and factory to resolve/debug issues, develop and review the factory test plan, monitor test progress, drive factory test station/cycles continuous improvements, colleting test data and summarizing test reports to ensure the product quality
• New feature/test tools verification and issues following up

Skills/Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in mobile/computer testing, especially 2-3 years or more experiences in Qualcomm platform
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of BB, RF(2G,3G,4G, SUB-6G) testing
• Basic knowledge of 3GPP. 3GPP2. GSMA. IEC. GCF. CDG. PTCRB. CTIA.IEEE specification
• Proficient with various RF testing equipment
• Highly motivated team player
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skill
• Excellent communication skills, good at English
• Faster learner and willing to learn

Education Requirement

• -BS EE engineering

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
