The Opportunity

This position is based in Guatemala City for our Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

As the NPI Specialist you will guarantee the successful launch (To Market and In Market) of new products in the CADR region according to established times, markets and volume, assuring the sales of the total affiliate. This role will be 70% NPI and 30% support to Demand.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the implementation and correct incorporation of new products in the CADR region, as well as any changes that affects the original products.
• Responsible for developing financial and market analysis to support the Product Manager in decision making to evaluate the effectiveness of projects.
• Lead monthly meetings to monitor the status of projects.
• Co-leader of bi-weekly meetings with PPMO, participate as owner of the process for the affiliate.
• Coordinate all the areas of the affiliate to fulfill the tasks and established times that allow the successful launch of the products.
• Continuously monitor compliance with Milestones.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting the NPI Infographic at monthly S&OP meetings.
• Evaluate the inclusion of new products according to the business needs.
• Key player in rationalization portfolio and Cost Leadership Program.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Marketing degree and Nutritionist.
• Experience in team management.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in PBI, QV and SAP information systems, trade.
• Language: Fully bilingual English Spanish.
• Digital skills: Microsoft (Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Word).
