Your Job
As a Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer at Molex, your primary role is to support new product introduction (NPI) and automation/assembly process development within the Molex manufacturing environment.
You will develop, optimize, and sustain manual, semi‑automated, and automated assembly processes to achieve world‑class productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Our Team
You will be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional engineering team involving Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Tooling, and global suppliers
The team works closely with regional engineering partners to ensure alignment on tooling, equipment, process design, and automation readiness in support of NPI and production goals.
