The NPI Material and Production Planner team ensures row material availability to support NPI production plan in all sites with minimum stock levels

As a Material and Production Planner you will support NPI production plan based on SE products forecast for all our sub-contractor in world

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team.

What you will be doing:

• Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels
• Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed
• Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
• Allocation of RM between CMS
• Follow up on shipments so make sure items deliver on time
• Analyze ECOs and making sure implementation occurs and impact on orders
• Running MRP and analysis result
• Work closely with suppler to promoting material shortages
• Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

• SC in Industrial Engineering Management
• Excellent knowledge in MS-office
• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Fast learner, Independent and autodidact
• Knowledge of manufacturing process
• Creative, be able to provide out of the box solutions
• Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks
• Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking
• A team player
• Strong analytical capabilities
