This role is accountable for the end-to-end deployment of New Product Introductions (NPI) within a fast-paced, multi-category environment.
The NPI Deployment Manager drives project execution, ensuring on-time-in-full delivery through effective project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder alignment to support business growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end NPI deployment projects to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution
  • Resolve operational issues and manage competing priorities effectively

Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support

  • Provide clear visibility of project status and key milestones to stakeholders
  • Enable informed decision-making by highlighting risks, dependencies, and required actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery alignment
  • Foster collaboration across departments and markets to drive project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to NPI process improvements and best practice sharing
  • Support initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and delivery effectiveness

LEADERSHIP & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in FMCG or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
