  • Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and EMS partners worldwide.

  • Manage BOMs, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product lifecycle changes.

  • Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

The challenges ahead

  • Ensure successful industrialization of next-generation electronic products.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience working within cross-functional product development teams.

  • Proven experience bringing products from concept to production, including prototyping, pilot builds and production ramp-up.

  • Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, FMEA and manufacturing process development.

  • Exposure to international manufacturing environments and EMS partners.

  • Familiarity with BOM management, ERP/PLM systems, and engineering change management.

  • Comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.

  • APQP, PPAP, PFMEA or Lean Six Sigma certification/experience is a plus.

  • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Fluency in English.
