Job Description

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. The Engineering team develops the hardware platforms used by our operations teams for field scanning activities.

We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join the team and play a key role in bridging R&D and Supply Chain, leading the transition of products from development to production. In this role you will:

  • Take a key part in bringing innovative hardware products from R&D into production.
  • Build manufacturing, testing, and quality processes from the ground up.
  • Own and optimize the product BOM throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work hands-on with multidisciplinary systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Partner with engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product introduction and scalability.
  • Lead ECO processes and maintain production documentation.
  • Define assembly flows, manufacturing files, and production instructions.
  • Solve real-world production challenges and improve manufacturability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency with CAD software, especially SolidWorks.
  • Experience working with ECO processes and engineering documentation.
  • Familiarity with PDM and ERP systems, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE and NetSuite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with technical writing and documentation.

NIce to Have

  • Experience in the manufacturing of multidisciplinary electromechanical products.
  • Familiarity with additional CAD software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in startup or small-company NPI environments.
  • Hands-on experience building and implementing NPI processes.
