What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end execution of NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing plans to meet customer demand and delivery commitments

• Issue and manage production work orders with OSAT suppliers (hands-on SAP)

• Closely monitor and drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams

• Support and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) processes locally

What we need to see:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain execution, or operations management

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., Bumping, CP, Assembly, Final Test, BEFIN, Shipment)

• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP – strong advantage); Strong planning and execution skills

• Experience working with OSAT vendors; Familiarity with B2B processes and supply chain workflows

• Fluent English (written and verbal)

• Independent, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in semiconductor industry operations

• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational excellence

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams and experience working across multiple time zones
