JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage sourcing projects for iron castings and machined iron castings from quote through production launch
• Lead RFQ activities, analyze supplier quotes, and evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to support sourcing decisions
• Coordinate supplier transitions, tooling moves, and buffer inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted production
• Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Supplier Development teams to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives
• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables while providing regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders
• Support supplier readiness, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred AND 5+ years of experience OR
• Associate’s Degree AND 7+ years of experience OR
• Master’s Degree AND 3+ years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Direct Material Procurement and/or Supply Chain Background
• Experience in heavy machinery equipment industry is desired

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Communication and Collaboration across different teams
