职位描述
1.负责机器人关节模组试制、转量产阶段的生产组织协调； 2.负责不同样机配置的维护管理（DOE），确保不同配置的现场投料； 3.负责前期工艺流程图的编制，组织相关工艺文件的评审，如工艺流程图、控制计划、SOP、SIP等，负责制造BOM的制作、维护； 4.参与可制造性评估； 5.负责牵头量产产线的搭建与导入； 6.负责产品生产过程的追溯策划； 7.负责MES系统工艺流程、追溯相关的基础数据维护； 8.负责工厂端的变更导入； 9.负责量产爬坡阶段的问题管理与关闭； 10.识别项目风险，制定应对措施，确保项目成功量产。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化等相关专业； 2.三年以上机器人/电机/减速器/3C电子行业NPI经验，有过成功导入量产经历； 3.熟悉产能规划、工艺路线规划、自动化测试、MES系统、产能提升措施等； 4.抗压能力强，能接受长期工厂出厂。良好的沟通协调能力，扎实的技术功底，正直的价值观。
