职位描述
1.主导NPI新项目的工艺开发和扩产能项目的开发，并作为制造技术端的项目经理，做好进度、成本、质量、风险的管理； 2.在NPI新项目的工艺开发中，指导和管理团队按照APQP流程完成新项目开发工作； 3.在扩产能项目的开发中，指导和管理团队完成立项阶段、实施阶段、批量生产阶段的工作； 4.负责NPI新项目和扩产能项目的制造成本计算； 5.负责制定工艺规划，包含开发进度、工厂和生产线布局、线平衡，投资预算等等； 6.负责launch manager的工作职责，包含样件生产、新产品导入工厂、以及配合safe launch团队，内部和外部PPAP工作，SOP+6个月等等； 7.负责所有工厂的产能分析和规划工作，并给团队输出可行方案，及落实跟踪和闭环； 8.负责制定工厂的精益改善方案，落实跟踪和闭环；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，汽车制造、机械类相关专业为佳，5年以上汽车行业工作经验； 2.3年以上汽车电控行业的前期制造规划经验，精通APQP流程，熟悉总装、焊接、涂胶其中之一的工艺流程和专业知识； 3.熟悉汽车结构及汽车装配专业知识，熟悉工装设备的结构、基本原理及应用，有一定的机械设计和制图能力，要求会使用CAD软件； 4.能承受强工作压力和频繁工厂出差； 5.优秀的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力； 6.优秀的英文听、读、写的能力； 7.有PMP证书优先考虑； 8.熟悉精益生产优先考虑。
