About the Position:

A leading regional academic health system in eastern North Carolina is actively seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification to join their Cardiac Surgery First Assist (CVOR) team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a high-volume cardiothoracic surgery program
• Proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH)
• Comfortable working exclusively in the operating room environment

• Comprehensive orientation programs tailored to NP/PA onboarding
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• RNFA certification mandatory for Nurse Practitioners
