Job Title: OT Security Administrator

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru

Experience: 5 to 10 years

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Administrator responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting cybersecurity controls across Operational Technology (OT) environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, network security, firewall implementation, and OT security monitoring.

The candidate will play a key role in securing industrial infrastructure while ensuring operational continuity and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

OT Security Operations:

• Administer and maintain OT security solutions within industrial environments.
• Monitor OT networks for security events, anomalies, and potential threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessment coordination and remediation tracking for OT assets. Support security incident response and forensic investigations involving OT environments.
• Ensure continuous availability and security of critical OT systems.

OT Security Implementation

• Implement and configure security controls across OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
• Implement network segmentation and micro-segmentation strategies across manufacturing zones.
• Configure secure remote access solutions for vendors and operational teams.
• Deploy Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Network Detection & Response (NDR), and Security Monitoring solutions in OT networks.
• Support implementation of Zero Trust principles within OT environments.

Compliance & Governance:

• Support compliance with: IEC 62443 NIST Cybersecurity Framework NERC CIP (where applicable) ISO 27001 Company OT Security Standards: Participate in security audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Asset & Patch Management:

• Maintain OT asset inventories and configuration baselines.
• Coordinate patching and security updates for industrial systems.
• Validate security controls before deployment to production environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Plant Teams, IT Security, and system integrators.
• Support new project deployments and cybersecurity assessments.
• Provide technical guidance on secure design and implementation of OT infrastructure.
