About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our growing Perth team. Reporting to the Leasing Consultant Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving
sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client consultation: Provide expert guidance on novated leasing and respond to enquiries
  • Relationship building: Develop strong relationships with clients dealerships, and partners to generate leads
  • Quotation delivery: Prepare accurate, tailored leasing quotes in a timely manner
  • Application management: Manage end-to-end lease applications, including documentation and lender coordination
  • Ongoing support: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the lease lifecycle
  • Industry knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, products and legislative changes
  • Customer experience: Deliver highly personalised service with a commitment to rapid response times (target: within 4 hours)
  • Lead management: Receive 20+ qualified company-generated leads per week
  • Client portfolio: Work with government, corporate, and not-for-profit organisations
  • Sales approach: No cold calling required

About You

You’re a proactive communicator who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships while contributing to team success.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail when handling financial documents and applications
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous sales or automotive industry experience is desirable (but not essential)
