About the Opportunity

Our Sales team, based in North Sydney, are currently seeking a Novated Leasing Consultant to join them. This is an in-office role, hybrid is not available. Reporting to the Leasing Consultant Team Leader, you will:
- Provide advice on novated leasing and address inquiries
- Develop sound relationships with clients, dealerships, and partners for lead
generation.
- Offer precise and timely quotes tailored to client needs.
- Manage new lease applications, including document collection and liaison with finance
companies.
- Assist clients throughout lease duration.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and legislation changes for accurate client advice.
- Deliver highly personalised service and care in the fastest response times imaginable.

As a Novated Leasing Consultant at Paywise you will:
- Receive more than 20 generated leads per week.
- Work with government, corporate and not for profit agencies.
- Not be required to make cold calls.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on communicating with clarity and builds meaningful client relationships while contributing positively to team outcomes.

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and
stakeholders
- Attention to detail to accurately prepare lease agreements, financial documents, and other paperwork.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide personalised assistance and support throughout the novated leasing process
- Experience in client relationship management, including building rapport, identifying needs, and
providing tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable, not essential.
