Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes fully paid relocation, giving you the opportunity to establish your career in a thriving and supportive environment.
In this role, you will work directly with Norwegian-speaking clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored technology solutions designed to meet those needs effectively. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Norwegian-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and objectives
- Develop and present customized solutions addressing client requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients to maximize solution value
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solution details
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Proven knowledge of technology solutions and consulting processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Relevant experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
