Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a job opening for a Norwegian-Speaking Online Store Adviser based in Sofia, with fully paid relocation! This role involves assisting Norwegian-speaking customers by providing exceptional support and guidance to improve their online shopping experience with our client.
As an Online Store Adviser, you will be a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive interaction with the online store.
Responsibilities
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with navigating the online store, placing orders, and payment processes
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone
- Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document and manage customer interactions carefully in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay well-informed about product updates, promotions, and store policies to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer support, online retail, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Strong multitasking abilities and efficient handling of multiple customer requests
- Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric attitude and professional demeanor
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with fully paid relocation assistance included
