In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding Fitbit products and services, helping them to maximize their experience and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit devices
• Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities
• Record all customer interactions in our support system accurately
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to manage complex escalations
• Encourage user engagement by providing proactive solutions and advice
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
• Previous experience in customer or technical support is advantageous
