Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in Subscription-Based Services, based in Greece! In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers, providing expert support and assistance regarding their subscriptions and related inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian will be critical in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding subscription plans, billing, and account management
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complicated client issues
- Provide detailed information about subscription features and benefits
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our services
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on service offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support platforms and tools
