Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding logistics services, shipments, and delivery options
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve client issues efficiently
- Offer detailed information on our services and logistics processes
- Gather and relay feedback from clients to help improve our offerings
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our logistics services and changes in the industry
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the logistics or transportation sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technology
