What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll become an expert on online casino and sportsbook services while helping customers via:

• Live chat
• Email
• Phone

You’ll support players with:

• Account questions
• Payments & withdrawals
• Verification (KYC)
• Security checks
• Technical and gameplay questions

You’ll also:

• Work closely with other departments to solve cases
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Spot patterns, risks and customer trends
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian (written & spoken)
• Good English
• Interest in sports, gaming or digital services
• You like solving problems and talking to people
• You can handle responsibility and make decisions
• Comfortable with shift work
