Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Tobacco Department, available for remote work from anywhere in Greece. In this key role, you will provide outstanding support to our Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to tobacco products and services.
Your fluency in Norwegian will be essential as you assist clients with product information, order status, and any concerns they may have, ensuring they receive high-quality customer care tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat for tobacco-related inquiries
- Assist customers with questions regarding product details, availability, and order management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Gather customer feedback to improve our services and product offerings
- Stay informed about trends and regulations in the tobacco industry
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on the tobacco industry
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail or tobacco, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a remote work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing tailored support
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
