Job Description
Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece, supporting a leading food delivery service. This role includes paid relocation, providing a valuable opportunity to work abroad while utilizing your Norwegian language skills in a thriving industry.
As a Customer Agent, you will engage with Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their questions and resolving issues to ensure excellent service delivery throughout the ordering and delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian promptly and professionally
- Resolve complaints and issues related to food delivery orders
- Provide customers with accurate information about menus, delivery status, and promotions
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer cases
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience
- Participate actively in training sessions to stay informed of policies and product updates
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken). Please specify your nationality and native language in application documents.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or related service sectors
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
- Readiness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation support
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
