Responsibilities
- Moderate and review user-generated content within the gaming and esports community in Norwegian
- Ensure compliance with community standards by assessing content submissions and player interactions
- Interact with players through forums and chats, providing assistance and addressing concerns
- Detect and escalate any instances of harmful behavior or content
- Collaborate with team members to enhance user experiences and community engagement
- Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and esports developments for effective moderation
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful and inclusive community environment
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of gaming and esports culture
- Prior experience in content moderation or community management is advantageous
