Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer a fully paid relocation package to assist you in making a smooth transition to this exciting role.
As a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Norwegian-speaking customers with their product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Guide customers on Fitbit product features and usage
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric approach at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred
- Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Familiarity with customer support platforms is an advantage
