In this essential role, you will assist our Norwegian-speaking clients with their mobile banking inquiries, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure a seamless banking experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking services, app functionalities, and account management
- Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed information about banking products and services
- Gather customer feedback to enhance services
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on banking regulations and app improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and mobile banking applications
