Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager for their Hospitality Industry team based in Málaga.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow client accounts in the hospitality sector
- Use CRM tools to qualify leads, generate opportunities, and track progress
- Maintain regular client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Support clients with group accommodation, events, and travel requests
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Background in sales, account management, or customer success (hospitality experience a plus)
- Organized, communicative, and results-driven
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great client experiences
