We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help lead one of the Best Darn Taphouses in the North.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while modeling Northern Tap House values and creating an environment where both guests and team members love to be.

Success in this role comes from balancing great leadership, exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and developing a team that delivers outstanding experiences every single day.

Our managers create an atmosphere filled with energy, teamwork, and fun while ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through our proven systems and procedures.

Responsibilities Include

• Leading daily restaurant operations with confidence and enthusiasm
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift
• Hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Helping achieve labor, sales, and financial goals
• Teaching food, beverage, and craft beer knowledge to the team
• Building a positive culture where teamwork, accountability, and hospitality come first
• Jumping in wherever needed and leading from the front
