The Expeditor will support operations on the North Slope. This role provides critical support to both Operations & Maintenance (O&M) including safety compliance, logistics coordination.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Receive and verify incoming freight and PPE under direction of O&M leadership.
• Stock, organize, and manage the PPE room.
• Deliver PPE to field employees as directed.
• Pick up mail and freight from Alaska Airlines.
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness in shop and surrounding workspaces.
• Meet and escort new hires: distribute PPE, secure site badges, and transport to assigned camps.
• Be a Safety Leader! Ensure the resources and commitment to HSE is of top priority for all employees within the company.
• Maintain 100% “Safety Standards and Accountability” in all areas or mandatory/regulatory requirements, which include:
  • Maintain compliance with the required HSE Training.
  • Taking necessary action when behaviors or conditions around you may be unsafe.
  • Reporting and addressing all potential safety concerns/incidents/issues promptly and willingly participate and assist in any investigation that may relate to a safety incident.
  • Participating in safety meetings, working safely, and maintaining a safe work environment as an employee and representative of CCI Industrial Services.
  • Promote and participate in Safety Programs.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking freight, PPE, and supplies.
• Time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to team success.
• Ability to interact professionally with contractors, employees, and new hires.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• NSTC Card
• Prior warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous North Slope experience

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee’s ability to perform to the job standard. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. FCE LEVEL #3

• MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
  LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
  HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
  VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
  RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurements will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
