In the role of North EMEA Global Enterprise Account Manager, you will shape account strategy, deepen customer relationships, and find new opportunities for growth across complex global accounts. Working in a global, matrixed environment, you will connect customer needs with Jabra’s solutions and collaborate closely with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders across regions.
The team you will be part of
You will join our Global Enterprise Accounts team and work closely with colleagues across sales, regional teams, channel partners, and strategic alliances. We are a commercially focused team that values collaboration, ownership, and customer impact.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Grow business across assigned North-headquartered and selected EMEA Global Enterprise Accounts
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and C-level decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic account plans that grow category share and long-term customer partnerships
Identify and progress new business opportunities in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Use customer insight, market knowledge, and data to support pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial decisions
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Bring solid experience from B2B sales and enterprise account management within electronics, IT, telecom, or related solutions environments
Have worked with Nordic, international, and/or global enterprise customers
Are experienced engaging senior stakeholders and navigating a complex matrix organization
Combine a solid commercial mindset with a structured and disciplined approach
Have solid analytical skills and are comfortable using CRM and sales tools
Communicate fluently in English and one Nordic language
