SEPPIC China (SSCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEPPIC S.A. with more than 30 employees based in Shanghai. SEPPIC Group was acquired by Air Liquide in 1986. The company entered the China market in 1996, its business covers cosmetic ingredients and industry specialties. In 2006, SEPPIC established its manufacture plant in Qingpu, its business scope includes the development and production of adjuvants for new variety of medicines and vaccines for human and animal health and their ancillary chemical and biological intermediates; in 2015 Seppic extended its business scope to the wholesale of pharmaceutical adjuvant, nutrition additive etc.
Define the commercial plan & manage a commercial population at a specific organizational level (region, entity, country, cluster, etc.).
Main Accountabilities
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Pharma, and Nutrition product lines across Great China, Korea, and Japan.
Sales Performance: Drive sales and profitability targets for the North Asia zone.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, key customer accounts, and market trends within North Asia.
Sales Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the North Asia sales team.
Business development for 3 different business lines in the North Asia region and lead the relevant marketing activities.
10+ years of experience in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry, with significant exposure to North Asia markets (China, Korea, and Japan).
Expertise in both commercial and technical/marketing functions
Experience leading cross-functional or multi-country teams, including strategic planning, coaching, and performance management.
Doctoral or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English.
