Are you passionate about turning data into action and building strong supplier partnerships that drive business success? As a North America Supplier Planner, you will play a critical role in aligning supplier capabilities with business demand, ensuring materials are available when needed while optimizing inventory and operational performance. You will collaborate across a global value chain, working with supply chain teams, suppliers, product management, sourcing, quality, and operations to create effective supply plans that support customer commitments and business growth. This is a hybrid role that can be tied to one of our locations.

In this role, you'll leverage forecasting, capacity planning, and analytical expertise to identify risks, solve complex supply challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, supplier integration, customer satisfaction, and working capital performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and communicate material forecasts for key suppliers.
  • Create constrained supplier and material plans to support S&OP processes.
  • Analyze demand, capacity, and supply data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with suppliers to understand capacity constraints and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management, sourcing, quality, and planning teams to optimize supply performance.
  • Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining service and delivery expectations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase plan adherence.
  • Support new product introductions, product transitions, and excess and obsolete inventory reduction projects.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems, including planning and materials management functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and within a global supply network.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.
