Job Title: North American Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: $90k annually

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in our RiNo office)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing global business and play a key role in driving customer acquisition across the US and Canadian markets. Reporting to Helen Fisher, Digital Director, Growth & Transformation, the Digital Marketing Manager sits at the center of our ambitious growth strategy and offers the chance to make a real impact across multiple markets and digital channels.

This position owns the day-to-day performance of PPC and SEM, paid social, and affiliate channels, while also identifying, testing, and scaling new digital marketing opportunities. The successful candidate will oversee digital agency partners to maximize return on investment, continuously refine strategies, and align activity with seasonal demand and key product priorities.

Working closely with product and regional marketing teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will use data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating these into clear actions that improve marketing effectiveness and support overall business growth.

What you’ll do;

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
• Optimize channel mix and spend to improve efficiency and return on investment
• Identify and act on market trends, opportunities and performance insights
• Align marketing activity with product priorities and regional strategies
• Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver against performance targets
• Deliver continuous testing and optimization to improve conversion and acquisition
• Contribute to overall market performance through data led decision making

In the first year, you will seek to build a strong understanding of market and performance drivers, take full ownership of channel performance and agency management, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer acquisition. You will establish a structured approach to testing and optimization, strengthen alignment with product and regional marketing teams, and translate data into clear actions that drive growth.

By the end of the first year, you will have delivered sustained performance improvements, optimized channel strategy and spend allocation, and established a scalable, high-performing approach to digital marketing across US and Canadian markets.

What you’ll bring;

• Deep expertise across performance marketing channels including PPC and SEM, paid social, native and affiliate, with a strong track record of driving scalable growth
• Strong commercial acumen with clear ownership of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion and revenue contribution
• Proven ability to lead and evolve channel strategy, optimizing investment and mix to maximize impact across markets, with a particular focus on the US
• Strong experience working within the US market, with an understanding of customer behavior, channel dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Experience managing and influencing agencies and partners to deliver high quality, high performance outcomes
• Advanced analytical capability, able to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and actions that drive growth
• A strategic and structured approach to testing, experimentation and continuous optimization
• Ability to work cross functionally with product, regional marketing and leadership teams to align activity to broader business goals
• Strong ownership mindset, with the confidence to challenge, prioritize and make decisions that improve performance

Not essential, it would be a bonus if you have;

  • SEO and Keyword analysis expertise

  • Experience in marketing travel products across the marketing funnel

  • Experience in marketing high price items with longer times to conversion
