The North America Operations Director is responsible for leading and optimizing performance across our U.S. Trim Systems manufacturing and logistics sites. This role drives operational excellence by improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people/talent performance while implementing standardized processes and best practices across sites. As a key leader in a newly restructured organization, the North America Director partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plant-level execution.
This position requires a hands-on, execution-focused leader who can balance strategic direction with plant-level realities. The North America Operations Director will standardize processes, improve performance variability across sites, and elevate plant leadership effectiveness through coaching, accountability, and succession development.
This is not a purely oversight role—it requires active engagement in plant operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead through change in a dynamic environment.
