
North America Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our North America marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary analytical authority for NA marketing, owning the measurement framework, leading cross-functional data initiatives, and driving strategic insight that directly influences regional go-to-market decisions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders while mentoring other analysts, marketers and helping elevate the team's overall analytical capability. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and governance, while also leading complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods and analytics tools. The role involves providing expertise in optimizing marketing dashboards and data models. Additionally, the role partners with support teams to address data discrepancies, offers actionable recommendations to senior teams, advocates for data and analytics needs, and acts as a conduit between various teams.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the North America marketing measurement, including pipeline attribution, deal acceleration and full-funnel conversion reporting with a focus on B2B marketing analytics
Lead the analysis of existing analytics models and develop new models as necessary, translating findings into concrete budget reallocation recommendations across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Act as a strategic analytics partner to NA marketing leadership — proactively identifying insights, flagging performance risks, and framing data-backed recommendations at a senior level.
Drive measurement rigor across the NA marketing team
Collaborate with our analytics team on advanced audience segmentation and propensity models to improve targeting precision, lead scoring, and account prioritization.
Partner with sales operations and revenue teams to align marketing and CRM data, improving pipeline visibility and marketing's influence on revenue.
Produce executive-level marketing performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
Identify and champion improvements to data infrastructure, tracking, and tagging hygiene — partnering with marketing ops and engineering to close gaps.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to more junior members of the analytics or marketing operations team.
Leads complex data analysis using statistical methods, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics tools to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities.
Provides expertise to utilize and help optimizing marketing dashboards and data models.
Provides senior teams with actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on analytical research.
Participates in advocation for data and analytics needs in business units, market units and country units.
Applies subject matter expertise and acts as conduit between media, data infrastructure, data sciences and marketing teams.
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing analytics, growth analytics or business intelligence with 2 years at a senior level
Preferred Certifications

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
