Team Overview

This is an exciting time to join the Prysmian North America Marketing & Communications team as we work to elevate brand awareness and showcase our role in the energy transition and digital transformation. Our MarCom team is responsible for sharing Prysmian’s brand story, promoting our products, and strengthening our corporate identity across the region.

We are seeking a Content Specialist who is a creative self‑starter—someone who will take ownership of this role and help make Prysmian an identifiable, influential brand across North America. You will create, manage, and distribute engaging multimedia content that supports digital activities, marketing campaigns, social media, and external communications.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop multimedia content — Produce graphics, videos, and photography for digital and print channels.

  • Record and edit video — Create short‑ and long‑form videos for campaigns, events, and social media.

  • Design visual assets — Build engaging graphics and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Manage social media content — Plan, write, schedule, and monitor posts across major platforms.

  • Track social performance — Prepare analytics reports to measure engagement and brand impact.

  • Write editorial content — Draft articles, web stories, newsletters, and blog posts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams — Gather subject‑matter insights to support written and multimedia content.

  • Support PR and media efforts — Assist with press releases, media advisories, talking points, and pitches.

  • Coordinate media for events — Support media engagement for announcements and special initiatives.

  • Promote milestone events — Assist with visibility and activation across the North America footprint.

  • Support sponsorship activities — Help manage Cincinnati brand sponsorship planning and execution.

  • Maintain promotional storefronts — Oversee merchandising and upkeep of branded promotional platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in communications or related field — Communications, marketing, graphic design, videography, or similar.

  • 3–5 years of marketing/communications experience — With hands‑on content creation responsibilities.

  • Understanding of B2B audiences — Experience in industrial or technical sectors is a plus.

  • Strong writing and communication skills — Familiarity with AP style preferred.

  • Professional social media content experience — LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

  • Ability to travel 10–20% — Domestic travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CMS platforms — Drupal, WordPress, or similar.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite — Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Canva or Figma also valuable.

  • Creative problem‑solving skills — Ability to bring fresh ideas and solutions.

  • Strong project ownership — Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

  • High attention to detail — Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
