Responsibilities:

  • Greet and offer assistance to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with selecting a new vehicle by abiding by proven sales processes
  • Explain product information and benefits to customers
  • Great character and attitude are essential
  • Offer customers professional and knowledgeable demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Build productive trust relationships and help customers complete the sales process
  • Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager regarding sales goals and sales processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No sales experience required!
  • A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
