
The Associate Product Developeris responsible formanaging the development ofprivate‑labelproducts within their assigned category.With the support of the Senior Product Developer, you willownproductdevelopment includingcost negotiations, sample tracking and review,timeand actions from concept through adoptionThis role is ideal for someone who has foundationalproduct development skills while gainingadditionalexperience and confidence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development of products that meet cost,qualityand brand standards under the guidance ofthe Senior Product Developer.
Create,updateandmaintainaccuratetech packsin the PLM system
Communicatewithglobalvendorbasetonegotiatecosting, minimums, and time and action tracking, etc.throughout the product’s life cycle
Track product development milestones and calendar deliverables (prototypes, color, sample yardage, testing, etc.)
Placedeveloped and adopted styles in alignment with the Sourcing Strategy.
Review garment and fabric test results and escalate issues as needed.
Attend weekly cross functional meetings to discuss open/pending issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in product development, design, production, or a related role in garment manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree ina related field (preferred)
Experience with Flex PLM (preferred)
Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel(MS Office Suite)

Washington: $69,000.00 - $110,500.00 USD AnnualThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
