Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented Nordic Speaking Sales Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and developing relationships with clients in Nordic regions. Your proficiency in the Nordic languages will facilitate effective communication and ensure clients achieve their business objectives through our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product presentations, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales process. Your ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Nordic countries to understand their needs and promote our SaaS and cloud computing solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations customized to client requirements
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and optimize service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our services

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and verbal
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• A basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not mandatory
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about innovative solutions
