Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, located in Athens, Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking riders and drivers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing support to ensure a smooth ride-sharing experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app
- Provide support on account issues, payment questions, and app functionalities
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
- Guide customers on best practices for using the ride-sharing app
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve product knowledge and service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support or service roles, particularly in the tech or mobility sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or services is an advantage
