Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat with their gaming inquiries
- Provide support for game-related issues, account management, and technical troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues swiftly
- Stay updated on gaming trends, product releases, and community feedback
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, if not already located there
