We are looking for a Nordic Product Owner for our websites and digital online booking services. In this role, you will manage and prioritise the development of customer-facing digital services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
As Nordic Product Owner, you will manage the product backlog, coordinate external development partners and translate the shared Nordic roadmap into clear priorities and development work.
The role requires a strong ability to balance business needs, customer experience and technical dependencies across multiple platforms, integrations and stakeholders. You will work closely with local business units across the Nordics, external partners and Belron® Group teams in the UK.
You do not need to be a developer, but a good technical understanding and experience working with digital platforms and development teams is important. This will help you make informed prioritisation decisions and collaborate effectively with both developers and business stakeholders.
You will be part of the Nordic Digital team within the Nordic IT organisation and report to the Nordic Digital Manager. The team includes specialists within UX, analytics, CRO/growth and development, and acts as a shared Nordic competence centre supporting local business units across the region.
The team works closely with both IT and the local business units to ensure that digital development is technically sound, customer-focused and clearly connected to business priorities.
Our purpose is to build and continuously improve digital services that make it easy for customers to interact with Carglass® while enabling local markets to benefit from specialist competences that would be difficult to build and maintain independently.
Our digital platforms are built using modern technologies including Next.js, Storyblok CMS, Microsoft Azure and .NET/C#. Experience from similar technology environments is an advantage, although hands-on development experience is not required.
The preferred location for this role is Stockholm, although other Nordic locations may be considered for the right candidate.
The team works in a hybrid setup, typically spending around 50% of the time in the office and 50% remotely. For Stockholm-based employees, our office is located at Gärdet.
The role includes occasional travel within the Nordics and periodic visits to Belron® Group headquarters in the UK.
Carglass® Nordics is part of Belron®, the world's leading vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration group, operating in more than 35 countries and serving millions of customers every year.
Being part of Belron® gives us access to global expertise, innovation and best practices, while still allowing us to focus on the specific needs of customers and businesses across the Nordic markets.

Operating in 37 countries across 6 continents, and home to around 29,000 employees, who served 15 million customers in 2022, Belron is the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group.
We focus on building strong brands in the countries we operate in. Our key brands include Carglass®, Safelite® AutoGlass, Autoglass®, Lebeau®, O'Brien®, Smith&Smith® and Speedy Glass® .
Belron has a rich history and family values. How we do business today, our ethics and our spirit can be traced back to those values established many years ago in South Africa where we began. We are very clear about our purpose - we solve people’s problems with real care.
