The role
The role will report to Commercial Director SE

Location for this position is Stockholm (Sickla)

Purpose of role

As Nordic Bid Manager, you will lead end-to-end bid processes for complex and strategically important opportunities across the Nordic organisation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams in parallel and bring together commercial, financial, operational, legal and product-related input into compelling, competitive and well-structured proposals. The role requires strong commercial judgement, sharp execution and the ability to navigate across markets, functions and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities of role

  • Lead complex Nordic bid, tender and proposal processes from qualification to final submission.
  • Drive multiple cross-functional workstreams in parallel and secure progress, ownership and decision-making throughout the process.
  • Translate commercial opportunities into strong, competitive and customer-focused proposals.
  • Work closely with Finance and other key functions to strengthen business cases, pricing logic and bid calculations.
  • Support and coach local sales teams and Key Account Managers in complex bid situations.
  • Challenge assumptions and established ways of working when needed to improve the commercial outcome.
  • Build and continuously improve bid structures, templates, documentation and reusable knowledge across the Nordic organisation.
  • Support progress on strategically prioritised Nordic target customers and other high-value opportunities.

Your Background

  • Strong experience from bid management, tender processes, project leadership, complex solution sales or other senior commercial roles.
  • Experience from Nordic or multi-country business environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including business cases, pricing and bid calculations.
  • Excellent ability to structure, coordinate and quality-assure complex proposal material.
  • A highly structured and driven way of working, with the ability to create clarity and momentum in complex situations.
  • The confidence to influence, challenge and align stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
