NorBella Savage, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant to join our team!

NorBella Savage is located in Savage, MN, just off Egan Drive next to a nice residential neighborhood and community park. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-Time, Every Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 an hour wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
