Key Responsibilities

- Report monitoring of non-vessel assets (containers, heavy equipment, powerpacks, trucks & trailers), including population tracking, depot verification, and coordination with related teams.

- Handle asset disposal processes end-to-end, covering buyer sourcing, approval requests, invoicing, payment collection, and sales handover documentation.

- Coordinate and participate in weekly and monthly meetings (asset performance, inspection updates, and cross-function coordination), including agenda preparation, reports preparation, minutes of meeting, and follow-up of pending actions.

- Regular visit to Depo, Site, or external parties for field sample checking activities.

- Validate material usage and service fees, and process purchase orders as required.

- Support special projects related to asset sales, rentals, agreements, or ad-hoc initiatives.



Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Prefer from Statistics background)

- Capable in data analytics, reporting, presentation tools.

- Proficient in English.
