
The Department of Statistics in the College of Arts at Texas A&M University is seeking to fill a position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor. This position is a 9-month full-time academic appointment with an anticipated start date of August 17, 2026. Successful candidates will be expected to teach 3 courses per year (graduate and undergraduate), contribute to a research program includingdeveloping flexible Bayesian approaches to investigate how circadian rhythm disruption (CRD) affects cell composition of a tissue by using spatial clustering algorithms to the spatial transcriptomic data, and provide service to the department.
A PhD degree in Biostatistics is required.
